With over 10 years of experience in security and asset protection, I am a passionate and driven leader who strives to create a safe and secure environment for the organization and its people. As the Regional Security Operations Manager at Amazon, I oversee a team of 11 physical security support engineers and support over 1,800 locations in the US, Canada, Mexico, and Brazil.My core competencies include physical security, cybersecurity, risk management, incident response, and security training. I have successfully managed the video system software upgrade for Japan, developed documentation for a seamless transition of video management system in NA, and led and mentored loss prevention teams at various sites. I am also a member of the International Organization of Black Security Executives (IOBSE), where I network and learn from other security professionals.
