Completed a six-month internal development program that works to empower emerging Underwriters. This program allows Underwriters to tap into their analytical, communication, and negotiation skills to understand customer needs. The program also works to educate those beginning their Underwriting careers in Liberty's product suite and ISO coverage across Auto, GL, Workers Comp, and Property in order to accept profitable risks.

• Completed time-sensitive and detailed analysis of business transactions across multiple jurisdictions to ensure business relations abide by international and industry sanctions as defined by global regulators (Treasury, OFAC, EU, UN, etc.)• Conducted retroactive assessments of newly prohibited specially designated nationals (SDNs) to past business relations, through which over 2,000 additional potential OFAC matches were identified and investigated
