I graduated in May 2021 with an Associate's of Applied Science in Web Development and Design from Reading Area Community College. In August 2021, I started with Quench USA, Inc. on the Call Team as a Customer Service Specialist. Here, I took calls while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction and high KPIs. In 2022, I was promoted to Customer Care Team Lead for the Call Team at Quench USA, Inc. In this position, I trained new hires, coached other representatives on proper processes, and created and suggested new processes to help the Customer Care department at Quench. In late 2022, I was promoted to Customer Care Call Team Supervisor - East. In this position, I learned back-end metric tracking with Power BI, learned and performed progressive disciplinary action plans, and assisted in the promotions of several agents into new roles. On December 9, 2024, I was promoted to Customer Care Call Team Manager - West for Quench.
