OyaGen Inc. is a biotechnology company that focuses on HIV drug discovery.Worked on the optimization of the Vif-Dependent A3G degradation high throughput screen.Utilized my understanding of cloning, electrophoresis analysis, sequencing analysis, and DNA purification to transduce an A3G mCherry HEK 293T cell line with a Tet-On inducible lentiviral vector coding for Vif, our gene of interest.Performed western blots, fluorescent flow sorting, clonal cell growth, and the techniques mentioned above to enhance the Vif protein expression in the Vif pLenti A3G mCherry HEK 293T cell line.Developed conference presentation materials in cooperation with OyaGen’s Lab Director to efficiently communicate OyaGen’s short and long term goals at technical conferences.
