In this role I've primarily been leading a team of firmware developers continuing to make improvements to the Athena Wireless Node as well as other projects.

Senior developer working on the Athena Wireless NodeI primarily worked on the device's:- Automatic load-type detection.- Occupancy detection, performance, and noise rejection.- New platform for adding and using debugging commands wirelessly for automated testing purposes.I also made several customer visits to see commercial installs of the product.Worked on the dimmer, switch, and keypad in our new Radio RA3 Product lineupI primarily worked on:- How trims move from being a setting in our PC design tool to actually changing the dimming behavior of a dimmer.- Keypad button event reporting, sharable in a way where it can be (and is) used on other keypads of any number of buttons.- Helping the business sell the solution to customers by making it easy to make small scale demos in house.

During this time I helped wrap up the Aurora project. My primary contributions were:- Battery Monitoring algorithm and microcontroller DCDC management.- Fine tuning device operation for the lowest sleep current.- Adding the capability to Firmware Update the device over the air.- Visiting UL in Fremont California to see the testing.- Writing device manufacturing code and assisting the tooling team.I also worked on firmware for our smartbulb products.

In my first year at Lutron I was working on the Aurora Smart Bulb Controller. I was primarily coming up to speed on:- ZigBee- Low Power Wireless- Magnetic Rotation Detection

Maintain a safe community for forty freshman residents.Organize programs to build a cohesive floor and engage residents.Enforce rules and regulations of the hall.

President 2016/17, Treasurer 2015/16, athlete since 2013.Act as point of contact between RPI Union and the Wrestling Club.File requisition forms weekly for travel expenses and entry fees.Responsible for charge forms and travel itineraries, arranging hotels and vans.Drafted 2017 budget and successfully proposed additional funds for Team Warm-ups to the Student Union E-board.

Worked for Assistant Dean of Students, Cynthia Smith.Led groups of middle school and high school students as they worked on team projects.Addressed administrative, health, and safety issues.Served as TA for multiple Arduino wiring and programming workshops along with other electronics classes within the camps.
