Prepared movement documents for type of shipments and modes of travel in addition to the procurement and inventory of Class IX and Class II material was eminent in my field whether I was working at McGregor or on Ft. Bliss. Management and the transportation of materials were a daily function as well as the turning in of unserviceable and serviceable parts. Ran demand analysis to ensure that we kept stockage of material we frequently used and what we needed to turn in to the free parts warehouse (F-MRT). Saved the company money by using F-MRT to obtain free issue parts that were back ordered or were otherwise needed to accomplish a high priority mission. Managed files and packets, such as; 2404’s, -1’s, D6Z’s, etc. Deadlines for Recons were always met with satisfaction and at times I was instructed to do a face to face. Was recently relocated to support 1/1 Unit with inventory control and the rebuild of SSL. Assured that Shop Stock in SAMS-IE box was reflecting what I physically inventoried in their SSL location. Scanned through their DCR and used F-MRT to assist in obtaining parts that were otherwise backordered or not funded to order. Sorted through Ep and Delinquent items to ensure that everything is properly turned in and accounted for with proper documentation.
