Being the owner of Terry Tutoring Group, I took the primary responsibility for marketing and lead generation. Once clientele was established, I was able to upsell services, maintain clientele for future services, and continue to have a close post-sale relationship with clients. From 2016 to 2017, our gross income increased by 200%.As a professional tutor, I ensure student performance through increasing student confidence and mastery of content. Our target audience for tutoring services are seeded throughout Dallas/Fort Worth, but the majority are residents of Carroll and Keller ISD.

I focused on managing the south central US territory, including identify and developing new business opportunities. Additionally as the only representative in the region I took on field engineering tasks in order to provide the best service possible to my customers.

Fortis offers career-based certificate, diploma and degree-granting programs that prepare students for careers in healthcare, nursing, medical, and dental. I currently am working as a microbiology and math instructor for students who are all developing careers as surgical technicians.

The UTA BE department has 11 professors actively researching in all branches of bioengineering. They have funding from sources such as the NSF, NIH and DOD. I worked in the lab of Dr. Liping Tang whose lab was under two separate DOD grants funding cancer and arthritis research. The lab had 1 post-doc and 5 PhD candidates as well as several masters and undergraduate students. My primary duty was to manage the cell culture facility associated with this lab.

TDA labs has 9 employees and is one of the few independently owned labs in the country to offer milk quality testing services via their CombiFoss FT+ Central Milk Testing System.

The UNCO Biology department has 19 actively researching faulty doing research in both molecular and ecological/evolutionary biology. I worked in the Immunotoxicology Laboratory of Dr. Greg DeKrey. This lab focuses on the mechanisms underlying immune function and disease resistance caused by exposure to various environmental factors.
