This program distributed one hundred forty thousand dollars to 33 families, preventing homelessness. o The office’s project manager helping to develop and implement a new 4 million dollar tax and property valuation software with 111 core office functions for the Treasurer’s office. Established decision points, evaluation criteria, and timelines to determine an implementation window that minimizes risk to the county. o Skilled at inter-jurisdictional collaboration. I work with 75 jurisdictions, including junior taxing districts, Indian Tribes, and cities within the county, to generate memoranda of understanding and interlocal agreements. o Manage contracts for the office and ensure they are renewed in a timely manner and adhere to legal requirements.o Present contracts and interlocal agreements to the county council for approval. Coordinate with council staff to draft motions and ensure timely approval of essential agreements. o Work with the Treasurer to develop and present the 5 million office budget to the County Executive and Council. o Planned, organized, generated copy, and set editorial calendar for multiple tax-related public service announcements. o Works with investment pool clients to manage participation and community investment program.
