My passion has always been working with others and leading teams, and this passion has led me to pursue higher education in Organizational Leadership. I am now a Second Year Master's Student at Northeastern University in the College of Professional Studies, currently on Co-op at Lantheus as a Learning & Leadership Development Co-op.I bring high energy, extreme dedication, and enthusiasm to every project I have the privilege of working in. My strongest skills include public speaking, delegation, relationship management, and bringing new, creative, innovative ideas to the table.I began my collegiate experience at Arizona State University with a B.S in Business Entrepreneurship and a Minor in Design Studies. During my undergraduate experience, I led a comedy team through ASU (called Tempe Underground) where I taught improv and sketch writing, worked closely with my fellow officers to plan meetings and shows, hosted our events, and learned to delegate duties and provide direction to my team while creating an open and comfortable atmosphere. I also had the privilege of being a creative director for ASU's film comedy team, Take100, where I designed marketing campaigns and designed the film posters. In addition, with having over 8 years of Graphic design experience, I began and funded my own Graphic Design and Branding company where I established brand identities and marketing plans for companies. This also allowed me to pursue marketing internships each summer of my undergraduate degree, ranging from start-up companies, to established product development companies.I have always found incredible joy in leadership and coordinating large projects. As I learned about leadership and organizational behavior throughout my Bachelor's degree, I knew I wanted to continue to learn more about these fields and utilize them wherever my career takes me. I am happy to connect and would love to know what we can learn from each other.
