I am USAF veteran with experience in aviation in both the military and civilian sectors. I have a firm understanding of weight and balance of an aircraft and load plans as well as aerial refueling and passenger handling. I am a former instructor aviator and also have a lot of experience in scheduling and planning of missions. Once leaving the Air Force, I began pursuing my BA, and eventually my MA in Comparative Literature with the intent to teach, but have not yet used it for that and u am actively looking at a Masters in Deaf Stufies or library sciences. I currently negotiate contracts for home health and am always looking for new opportunities to expand and grow both in my personal knowledge and in my career. All that said, I am an avid reader and writer and often bounce around from interest to interest because I believe firmly in being a lifelong learner. I am very quick to learn and am able to adapt quickly to different situations because I’m continuously working to learn more about things around me. I have strong leadership skills and I have lead and trained team members and fellow airmenhhgg from I work hard to get tasks done efficiently, timely, and as mistake- free as humanly possible. I also believe that communication builds a strong foundation in both professional lives and I strive to communicate effectively in my work environment to ensure that projects are completed and that my teammates and I are able to help one another move towards the goals and deadlines we set for ourselves and that we are given.
