I am passionate about integrating sustainability into the sporting sector, both at the organisational and event levels. As the Director of Sustainability at World Sailing, I oversee the development and implementation of the sustainability strategy, policies, and initiatives for the global governing body of sailing.I also have a strong interest and background in diversity and inclusion, having worked as the Diversity and Impact Manager at SailGP, where I supported the creation and delivery of the Women’s Pathway program. As a former Paralympic sailor and medalist, I am a public speaker on topics such as sport, sustainability, resilience, and diversity and inclusion, sharing my insights and learnings with various audiences and stakeholders.
