From the legal field to the entertainment industry, my career has taken me on a diverse path. I began working in law as a litigation clerk after graduating university, collaborating with large companies like City of Hope and Eli Lilly and Company. After studying law in the Bay Area, I returned to southern California and joined Tennis Channel, and spent time in the edit bays with producers, took show submissions and pitches, and observed content licensing negotiations. Transitioning fully into the entertainment industry, I discovered my passion for content strategy, partnership development, and creative collaboration. At NBCUniversal and Hallmark Media, I forged strong relationships with studio partners and producers and led cross-functional teams, driving strategic partnerships and optimizing content portfolios.Working closely with teams in marketing, sales, research, business affairs, finance and operations, I ensured programming initiatives aligned with business objectives and contributed to subscriber and revenue growth, and reinforced Hallmark Media’s position as a leader in entertainment. From my early career in law to now two decades in entertainment, my journey reflects a blend of strategic thinking, negotiation expertise, and a passion for creating viewer experiences that move audiences through storytelling.
