Responsible for the leadership, management and development of 4 Account Management teams, ensuring these teams achieved an overall goal of 90% renewal rates across $US21m of client contracts. Assumed the leadership of more challenging commercial negotiations with clients escalated by teams across multiple functions. Served as the L&D Representative for the Client Services Department and designed and implemented the annual training and development plan. Partnered closely with the internal talent management team to ensure ongoing enhancements within recruitment and HR for the department. Served on various committees across both the Europe and US offices designed to grow the overall business and enhance the European strategy.
