Alexandra Earl is a Vice President in the Marketing & Communications practice. She provides expert advice, thought partnership and support to CMO and CCOs in leading global organizations, to; inform and pressure test their thinking, accelerate decision making, support crucial projects, enhance individual and team skill sets, professionalize the function and ensure strategic alignment with overall business goals. This is undertaken through virtual consultative discussions, workshops, presentations and coaching sessions and covers a wide array of communication challenges including; change communication, employee engagement, culture & performance comms; manager comms; executive communication; and professionalization of the function. In addition to supporting clients, Alexandra also leads a number of global leadership initiatives, including: Chairing the Annual Communications Awards; leading cross-functional analysis of client voice & business trends; and delivering employee engagement activities for the M&C Practice.
