Success plans outline customer critical success factors, metrics for success, and potential issues to provide recommendations for successful adoption and continued usage• Ensuring customer objectives are clearly documented and reviewed throughout the customer journey• Analyze customer to proactively identify churn risk, renewals, outreach strategy on a quarterly basis• Effectively navigate customer’s organization to grow relationships and industry influence• Identify product adoption within 60 days of start, while collecting customer feedback and ensuring the feedback reaches key stakeholders
