Guides a group of 15 incoming first-years through orientation at Union by getting them acclimated to a college campus. Acts as a liaison between first years and college administrators to get them to various activities associated with starting at Union. Leads the group through activities, including ice breakers, and ensures engagement in activities. Problem solve when issues arise and works with other orientation members to plan activities.
