As Conservation Coordinator for The Nature Conservancy in Missouri, I manage grants and contracts processes for five conservation teams across the state. In addition to drafting, routing, and managing agreements, I help to develop and implement new business processes and best practices in the chapter. Beyond agreements, I support project workflow and management, internal operations, lands and easement monitoring, and prescribed burns.

The Integrated Nutrition Education Program (INEP), which is funded by SNAP-ed, works with regional elementary and pre-schools in order to provide curriculum around healthy eating that students can then share with their families. As Materials Handler, assisted the Coordinator in building and organizing lesson materials for teachers before distribution.

Little Rock, Arkansas Area

Collaborated with distiller in managing the production floor, warehouse, and bottling room. Individual tasks included operating a burr mill for grist production and generating mash in a 250-gallon mash tun for fermentation, using an industrial pump and sanitary hosing/clamps. Performed a variety of complex mechanical and technical tasks, including completed setup and operation of bottling equipment and general troubleshooting of equipment failure on a daily basis. Additional experience in volunteer and warehouse management, including teaching and guiding volunteers in bottling equipment operation, assembling and receiving shipments, operating a forklift, and warehouse organization. Maintained extensive records of daily tasks using spreadsheet software.

Assisted in teaching a ceramic handbuilding course; learned to operate and maintain a variety of kilns and other studio equipment; researched glaze chemistry and created glaze-tests for artists to reference; developed a handbuilding style through guided independent study.
