Conducted research for a local primary school that was struggling with operating cost and revenue streams. As a team we analyzed and produced a business plan for the school that would help to maintain operations. Using student teachers and job postings, finding cost effective teachers will create a more sustainable business model. During this consulting I was able to not only learn more about the Colombian culture, I was able to experience a great opportunity to learn how to create a business plan and present our findings in a foreign country. Having to prepare the results in a manner that would be understood by only spanish speakers while adhering to local norms.
