In my role as a Manufacturing Engineer at Schlumberger, I was responsible for a wide range of tasks across different aspects of oilfield operations and equipment management. My work encompassed the preparation, installation, and optimization of Electric Submersible Pumps (ESP) to enhance well performance and productivity. I managed operations across a large oil field with over 1,000 wells, focusing on bringing wells into operational mode post-ESP installation and fine-tuning them for optimal production rates, taking into account previous hydraulic fracturing treatments.I developed and documented industrial processes and technical drawings to improve operational efficiency. I specified and selected ESP equipment, analyzed failure causes, and adjusted configurations to meet customer requirements. My efforts led to a 10% reduction in transportation costs and optimization of work areas, which resulted in a reduced need for workforce.This diverse experience has provided me with a comprehensive understanding of manufacturing processes, equipment maintenance, and field operations, enabling me to drive improvements in efficiency and productivity across various stages of oilfield and manufacturing projects.
