• Work alongside the Medical Director and CPC Quality Team to produce educational documents that are not only insightful and aesthetically pleasing, but also accommodating to 508-compliance.
• Maintain the responsibilities of the Test Lead for the User Acceptance Testing of a Business Intelligence Tool designed to simplify the data flow between the CPC Web Application and the CPC database.
• Respond to provider inquiries regarding the addition or withdrawal of practitioners across the seven CPC regions.
• Arrange tables and graphs to help visualize the data of composition changes and beneficiary attribution per practice site.
