CurrentAs a microbiologist through the USDA pathways program, I am able to perform many of the same tasks that a full-time microbiologist does. I have obtained 2 out of 4 food-borne pathogen analysis proficiencies. As this is a high throughput lab. I assist in processing and analyzing over 100 poultry, beef, and pork samples daily, I also engage in professional.
