I took part in every position with in the restaurant. I was a server, bartender, hostess, Togo specialist, culinary professional, service professional, certified trainer, sauté cook, assembler, production, and right hand to the manager. I attended a round table to become a manager and was top choice. The only reason I did not accept the position is that I would have to move since the position in my city was filled.
