Managed the Schedule for Success program, combining math strategies and academic support to promote student success as part of Student Success and Retention Innovation. Worked inter-departmentally on collaborative projects and data with more than 25+ different academic units and campus partners, impacting the enrollment of thousands of first year students. Facilitated Schedule for Success orientation programming for 2,200+ incoming first-year students.

Promoted two times within a year of being hired, to produce morning shows with better time slots. Shows in key time slots generate more money for the organization.Responsible for compiling, writing and executing a morning broadcast news program under tight deadlines while maintaining clear communication with reporters in the field, anchors, and fellow producers.
