Built an incredible People Team that was deeply embedded in the business, connected to the goals of what Array wanted to achieve, and focused on how we can help unlock, enable, and support our talent.

First embedded People Partner (see: HR Business Partner) at Palantir, supporting our Business Development teams. Focusing on talent and leadership development, performance, lead coaching, org design, employee growth, retention, and culture. Helped build out what the Partner role looks like at Palantir, then grew to oversee a global team spanning coverage across 2,500 employees. Drove vision and execution of building out Palantir compensation and performance review models. Highlights: - Created custom growth and feedback programs around distinct needs of major organizations within Palantir- Ideated and executed on lead (manager) training programs - Helped run, iterate and improve the compensation process (leveling, compensation bands, compensation reviews, pay equity)- Partnered with leaders across Palantir on key diversity and inclusion initiatives (setting internal and external expectations for behavior and treatment, trainings for Palantirians, ally programs)
