Underwent extensive training on method and anatomy to provide care and safety to all students in every class. Took advanced training to teach Bar Move (only available to those with long-term experience at Bar Method), and planned each Move class independently of the standard choreography. Learned (and continue learning) names of each student that walks through the doors to provide personalized feedback, special attention and encouragement. Constantly pushing myself to provide authentic corrections (based on safety and anatomy), and genuine praise for all students.

Support all corporate and operational business lines within Amazon to reduce manual and low-judgment processes to central AET (HR) teams for automation, allowing business line HR teams to focus on tasks that require high-judgment, or are fringe cases or exceptions. Engage with HR teams to understand their highest priority issues, tease out the necessary metrics for sizing associated projects, and routing the project requests to applicable AET team for discovery and resolution. Solve problems that have no clear owner, by keeping stakeholders on schedule, and identifying gaps and their respective owners.

Manage Additional Pay program for Amazon. Work cross-functionally with Payroll, Compensation, and other pay-impacting teams, as well as business line managers, to implement new and existing pay programs. Understand complex spreadsheets with highly confidential, personal employee and pay information, maintaining accuracy and privacy with need-to-know parties exclusively. Draft and publish documents detailing any pay defects related to pay programs, deep diving the root cause(s), corrective actions, and employee impacts.

Managed the EMEA Real Estate portfolio for the Biz Dev org. Built relationships from scratch with Biz Dev leaders from 7 business lines and the Global Real Estate and Facilities (GREF) team in 14 cities across Europe (approx 2,000 headcount). Leveraged relationships to drive forward workplace strategy (shared seating, upgraded technology, headcount planning, workplace design). Provided Biz Dev-specific guidelines for business groups to understand space allocation and specialty space buildouts. Created stack plans for major cities (London, Paris, Munich, Edinburgh), and implemented future headcount growth to account for space planning. Managed competing business and GREF priorities to build out specialty space for a major business line.

Built and leveraged Building Launch Program for major tech company, transitioning new buildings from construction to operations. Opened 12 new buildings and three expansions in Seattle and New York City, totaling over 5.5M square feet of real estate. Successfully managed several stakeholder companies' scopes without direct reporting structures, to ensure overall success of each project. Managed team of Launch PMs and Move PMs, and oversaw Move Management program in Seattle. Created template for tracking completion of all launch tasks and milestones. Partnered with client teams to understand and work towards their goals and objectives, while also providing valued constructive feedback when necessary.
