I recently served 6 years active duty in the U.S. Air Force. Most recently, I was at the 606th Air Control Squadron at Aviano AB, Italy as an Instructor/Evaluator Surveillance Technician, had the opportunity to supervise younger airmen, and was positioned in the scheduling office to coordinate between 7 different agencies to conduct simulated and live-fly missions for our operators to remain on a current status and receive adequate training. I was also selected to be a liaison for surveillance operations with our Polish partners during the genesis of the Ukraine-Russia crisis. These job duties have given me the opportunity to develop skill sets in emotional intelligence, communication, time management, instruction, evaluation, multi-tasking, professionalism, and conflict resolution. I am very grateful for experiencing these opportunities, and I would love to excel and continue developing them in a federal government position.I have always been passionate about helping others and creating enjoyable work environments. I enjoyed working within the federal government and would like to be surrounded with veterans who have similar mindsets as my own. I’m interested in pursuing federal agency jobs.
