Currently, I am an early-career professional at Amazon. I am a Launch Program Manager for the AWS Launch Operations Team, where I am responsible for the launch operations during AWS Summits, such as re:Invent and also for training stakeholders about the launch process and best practices. This job is a face-paced role focusing on teaching, standardization and teamwork. Outside of work, I am very involved in my community. I serve as the Alumna Advisor for Tri Delta at the University of Washington, where I advise and mentor collegians on a weekly basis. Also, I am the Annual Fundraising Chair for the Junior League of Seattle, where I run a committee to plan events to raise money for the Junior League's causes, which is about promoting arts education for children across Seattle. I am a highly motivated and driven person that will work hard to achieve any goal set before me. I have been known for my effective leadership skills and ability to delegate tasks within a team. As a student, I was very involved within my community while maintaining academic excellence. I studied at the University of Arizona and earned a BSBA in Business Management, Management Information Systems (MIS) and Entrepreneurship with a minor in Spanish. My passions include mentoring younger students, problem solving, and color coding my planner.
