I am a project lead, strategist and facilitator, passionate and experienced in inspiring and enabling citizen participation and social action. I have a proven track record of co-designing and delivering participatory projects, programmes and campaigns in collaboration with a wide range of organisations, enabling them to strengthen the voice of citizens and working alongside them to design and shape things that matter to them.I've worked with leading companies in this field, including the New Citizenship Project, an innovation company working with organisations to shift the way they work with people from consumers to citizens. I've also worked with the Participation and Partnership Partnership Team at Camden, and completed a Social Innovation Fellowship at Year Here. I am currently open to work opportunities with social impact organisations, campaigns and movements aiming to empower people to do great things.

Learning Designer And FacilitatorNational Trust May 2024 - Aug 2024Participation Expert and Programme Designer for the National Trust to design and deliver a co-design series to support 20 organisations across the UK to co-design nature neighbourhood plans. My role involved leading the design and facilitation of each workshop, including agenda, presentations and learning materials - guiding participants through the principles, methods and process of good co-design. My work has enabled organisations to feel equipped and confident to support communities to participate in co-creating the nature neighbourhood plans. Many have launched their plans in Summer 2024, with the ultimate goal to complete the plans in Spring 2025 and for a number of identified projects to be funded. -
Campaign LeadWe'Re Right Here Mar 2024 - Jul 2024Campaign Lead for the We’re Right Here Campaign, a bottom up campaign with the goal to give communities more power to shape the places they live through the delivery of new legislation in government. The partnership comprised 7 community leaders, 10 community champions from across the UK who enable outreach to more diverse communities, and 8 leading national civil society organisations. My role involved oversight and leadership of the campaign to drive activities forward, building relationships with civil society organisations and community leaders, holding regular meetings to bring the partnership together, and leading on the general election strategy and delivery. The Government has since announced that it would introduce a Community Right to Buy, a key ask of We're Right Here. -
