As a member of the CloudHealth Leadership team, partner with senior colleagues to drive operational excellence in achieving strategic and business imperatives by means of consistent communications, working across business functions for planning and execution, and serving as experienced liaison between key stakeholders to ensure streamlined execution. Continuously monitor and analyze business operational effectiveness of the global Pega Technology organization, design and implement initiatives and programs to promote organizational development, improve efficiency and effectiveness, and sustain cost-effective growth to meet the technology demands of Pega’s growing business. Functioning as Chief of Staff for the divisional SVP, provide specific focus on key result areas such as recruitment, enablement, people and career development, culture, financial planning and controls, cross-functional relationships, facilities and equipment, and operational processes, such as effective communication, meetings, and staff management/development. Lead the Engineering organization's tactical and strategic operational activities plan and maintain oversight of the division budget with emphasis on meeting expense and productivity goals and initiatives; collaborate with divisional leaders in the development of unit/departmental work plans and long range planning; manage all relocations, moves, and activities pertaining to the Engineering organization; partner with other corporate divisions representing the perspectives and initiatives of Engineering and to build and maintain solid working relationships; design and lead the Internship and Fast Track to Engineering programs, as well as additional education programs for Engineering to grow the skills and capabilities of the staff; lead a global staff focused on organizational initiatives.
