I was promoted into this newly created, highly strategic board-level role to transform finance across our fast-growth building consultancy and project management segments. During my tenure, I was a management board and remuneration committee member and acted as a mentor in the business.

I joined CBRE in this new role focused on the rapid design and implementation of robust SOX controls and the full remediation of material weakness in Continental Europe. I managed C-suite stakeholders across all European segments and was responsible for all European financial reporting and controls and ensuring the external reporting accuracy of c. 500.

In this director-level role, I partnered with our CAO and CFO to enhance business growth and shareholder returns. I oversaw all business / strategic planning and performance of our group centre function and demonstrated a deep understanding of IFRS and Solvency II requirements.

Following a major restructure of this high-yielding HS1 asset, I was brought on board to oversee finance commercial relationships and operations, working in conjunction with Eurostar, Southeastern and the Department for Transport

I headed finance and operations during a period of major transition, stabilising finances and building contractual revenues. I received an ‘Outstanding Contribution’ award for my work on a key contract renewal.
