As the Head of Physical Performance at North Melbourne Football Club, I oversee the strength and conditioning (S&C) program for the AFLW team, ensuring they are physically prepared and resilient for the highest level of competition. I have been in this role for over five years, and I have a master's degree in S&C from Edith Cowan University.I am passionate about exercise and fitness, and I enjoy working with motivated athletes and coaches who share my vision of excellence and improvement. I have a strong background in sports coaching and fitness, having worked as an assistant coach for the VFLW team at Melbourne University and a strength and conditioning coordinator for the DVC Sports Academy. I have also been a personal trainer for the general population, where I gained valuable experience in prescribing and programming exercises for different goals and needs.
