I worked with business professionals to determine their strengths, weaknesses, and challenges in their particular workplace. After gaining understanding, I connected them with one of our coaches that would fit their needs best. I conveyed our coaching solutions and how they made sense given the clients needs and wants. In addition to the coaching process and instigation, I sold and consulted on assessments. We measured behavior, communication, sales ability/hindrances, strengths, and many other facets that go into a successful employee.
