Managed a team of three engineers and implemented the deployment strategy of 500+ Windows 2003 Enterprise servers. Responsible for the day to day support of a 5 node Exchange 2003 cluster and over a dozen SQL 2000 Clusters. Responsibilities also included the management and roll out of over 200 SMS package distribution servers and 3 primary site servers. Daily operational support requirements consisted of Active Directory management and support, network security maintenance and server patching, managing and supporting monthly server maintenance activates, and architecture design support for product teams for implementation of systems such as Lawson, JDA, Aldon, and Manhattan.
