If there was a way to describe myself it would probably have to be "Troubleshooter". I was raised by an Air Force father and artistic mother so I learned discipline and adaptation to changing environments. I have traveled the world yet I always feel not enough to absorb it all, hence I have a never ending curiosity about the world. Married for 20 years into another culture personalized in my German wife and together we have created a multicultural world for both our children and in addition to global awareness. Professionally my approach is that or “Hands on” and I see it a must for any project or task. Not dismissing the planning stage but also not a forever planner. I also enjoy a purposeful conversation on any topic at any level and have fun being creative and innovative. Always happy to share values and ideas.Generally I have difficulty thinking INSIDE the box. Having worked several years in the IT industry, I was tapped often to help with the outside the box thought. As time went by, I develop an inclination for tangible accomplishments. I do not like to see waste at any level and felt a great inclination for renewable and sustainability. I have a deep conviction everything could be reused again for something else.
