Compliance with 99% accuracy for the year 2016, above 95% target, and additional compliance with 100% schedule.• Perform price variation analysis for raw materials and packaging materials vs. past forecasts and effective prices, generating root-cause analysis of variations of +/- 1& for 20 different purchase categories. Reduction of changes and re-work to less than 3% of the 3,000 materials universe.• Prepare presentations in English for the Latin America Purchasing Controller and Chile’s Purchasing Chief. Provide support for understanding the behavior of the purchasing categories, in order to preview action plans to be incorporated in decision-making.• Create monthly estimation process to determine materials purchases in foreign currency, in order to provide the Treasury Department with the necessary information to negotiate forward agreements in foreign currency.• Lead a team in charge of improving efficiency and process quality of the monthly Forecast, as well as record all processes of the position, allowing for an efficient transfer for future newcomers.• Train new buyers in the methodology and tools to guarantee the understanding of the Forecast process and improve estimates and explanation of prices by material.• Creating and execution of material price variance, allowing Factory and Business Controllers to have real-time information for decision-making.• Manage price calculation process for products negotiated with related parties, ensuring proper profitability and compliance with local and internal regulations.

Venezuela
