*working as a NOC engineer at Cybereason , its like being the insight of the operation in production and development. -the first to handle incidents , by technical solutions and deep investigation , debugging and applying maintenance on servers .-I engage with every team inside the company , reproducing & investigating cases, analyzing logs, providing full support as Tier 1-3 .-Investigate Service's issues and Managing user's access to Production environment and troubleshooting and solving access problems.-Managing escalations in-company and escalation to 3rd party vendors-Monitoring, maintaining and troubleshooting GCP OCI AWS servers.-Knowledge with Linux servers.-Investigating Service's issues.I am developing FullStack MERN project to optimize our work schedule and managing the team tickets and responsibilities ,shift transfer ,documentation ,and many helpful tools to win as one .I developed the Zabbix Cleaner - a Chrome extension that automates the process of handling known events ,it improved the NOC team performance in monitoring.I also communicate with TAMs ,CSs , CSOs to resolve all the technical issues and handle the requests opened by them in SF . (environment building ,features ,applicative issues).
