 Supervising Letters of Credit (Opening, Advising and Confirmation) Supervising Export LC Negotiations and proceeds realization; Supervising Letter of Guarantees. Supervising Bills/ Trust Receipts. Authorization of swift messages. Implementation of the policy objectives for the trade finance unit;  Constant review and alignment of the requirements of business units in terms of operational support; Developing and enhancing relations with partner banks and Central Bank in order to facilitate and ensure smooth working support and quick resolution of issues/ concern areas; Monitoring turnaround times in line with business requirements and executing all trade finance projects efficiently; Ensuring compliance of all transactions viz. regulatory and Bank’s policies, procedures and standards with prompt intervention to resolve problems and addressing deviance; Directing, training and motivating subordinates to perform above expectations and maintain a healthy team environment;  Preparation of regular reports MIS and analysis for senior management for effective monitoring and control. Execute projects related to trade finance operations, ensure their timely completion, achievement of objectives and cost efficiencies.  Manage maintenance of transaction records, documents and create archival system for easy retrieval.
