I was hired as a Quality Assurance Engineer but my Interest in Android Development led me to becoming an Android Developer as Associate Software Engineer at Emblem tech in my very First Week of Employment.My Responsibilities included multiple Android Applications for clients around the Globe. Working solo and with Team,self learning through R&D.Leading my project Team including iOS and Web Developers during SCRUM And Client Meetings. Conducting Technical Interviews for acquisition of new talent and training of junior Android Developers and ultimately making them working Solo on assigned projects. Working with Game Developers and Designers to promote Creativity and translating Ideas into Code. I also had Additional Responsibility of T.R.F (Team Refreshment Fund) Manager which included Organizing Monthly Team Lunches/Dinners, Arranging Surprise Birthday Parties for Colleagues and Management Executives. Making Arrangements for Company's Bi-Annual Trips for Team Building Events and Recreation.Some Occasional Responsibilities included . Representing my company in Job Fairs and Programming Events at Different Educational Institutions all over Pakistan.
