Paradigm Developers and Marketing Pvt LTD is a contractor firm having a good name in the field of civil engineering. They have completed several projects all over Pakistan. This company was working on 5 residential projects when I joined in the Lahore region. This was a core construction project where I had ample opportunity to closely observe the construction and other functions under civil engineering. I completed many projects under the umbrella of this firm. I joined as a site engineer wherein I had to manage everything on site. Being a small-scale firm, I had to collaborate with the labour and manage disputes and problems too. In Short, I'm utilising this opportunity to increase my knowledge and engineering practice day by day. Goals achieved there are,● Completed many residential projects under my personal supervision ● Collaborated with senior engineer and site labour, gaining much experience ● Supervised and planned Projects from Layout laying to final finishes of the projects
