Supervised in house and offshore product addition teams for online retailer (US, UK and German websites). Responsible for quality and accuracy of product information, including product names, descriptions, dimensions, images, attributing and pricing. Responsible for tracking and reporting department production metrics, headcount and cost for director and VP level management. Responsible for creating business plans to improve quality and efficiency of in house and offshore product addition teams, while collaborating with other departments including international buying teams and tech teams on company wide growth goals and initiatives. Spent a total of 13 months working directly with offshore product addition teams in Asia during this period, pioneering a business program to drive product addition efficiency and quality.

Managed a team of up to 7 native German speakers responsible for performing quality assurance checks on product names, product information, product dimensions, prices, images, etc. for online German language retail site. In addition to being the first manager for this new team, I was also responsible for documenting product addition standards for the German retail site and working with the German buying and German offshore product addition teams to improve quality and efficiency.

Responsible for helping to develop and launch new websites in Germany and the UK.
