As a Product Line Manager at USAA, I have over 18 years of experience in the Insurance Industry and leading innovative products that enhance the financial security and well-being of our members and employees. I'm current enrolled and earning my BA in Project Management from Saint Leo University, and I am skilled in training and development, coaching and mentoring, and employee learning and development. I have successfully launched and managed multiple product lines, such as auto insurance, credit cards, and banking services, that have increased customer satisfaction, retention, and loyalty. I have also facilitated and supported the professional growth and development of my team members, enabling them to achieve their career goals and deliver high-quality results. I am passionate about creating and delivering products that meet the needs and expectations of our diverse and inclusive community, and I am committed to USAA's mission of serving the military and their families.
