I'm current enrolled and earning my BA in Project Management from Saint Leo University, and I am skilled in training and development, coaching and mentoring, and employee learning and development. I have successfully launched and managed multiple product lines, such as auto insurance, credit cards, and banking services, that have increased customer satisfaction, retention, and loyalty. I have also facilitated and supported the professional growth and development of my team members, enabling them to achieve their career goals and deliver high-quality results.
