My previous roles have all been Payroll processing based so was excited to start with Norbert 4 years ago in a more operations role. Although i am part of the payroll team and assist with the day to day administration, my main role is to support the Time and Attendance system, which is our weekly payroll interface. I ensure the system suits the sites.

I managed the payroll function, i had two administrators working for me, but due to downsizing the role finished as a sole role. I was incharge of the outsourcing project which included implementing the HR system and training all the users out at the 11 individual hotels. I ensured the payrolls were processed meeting strict deadlines and at the end of my.

This was a sole role, i managed the two payrolls, monthly and weekly, i was able to work very closely with the HR function and had an excellent insite into employment laws, disciplinary and people management.
