I'm a recent graduate of Western Illinois University in Macomb Illinois where I studied Journalism with a focus on advertising and public relations. While at WIU, I minored in communications and psychology, participated in the Macomb chapter of Society of Professional Journalists for a year and spent a semester as their treasurer. I also worked at the campus newspaper, The Western Courier, as a staff writer for both the opinions and entertainment section and wrote an article for the Western Magazine. During my sophomore year, I started working as a student office worker for Sodexo in Seal Hall and continued to work there throughout my college career. I recently started a position with Lee Enterprises as a Digital Media Sales Consultant.
