The innovative and potentially large revenue-producing concept facilitates the sale of major oil and gas properties by eliminating the need for due diligence teams to travel to seller’s location. All relevant documentation is available online. In its initial application, the program performed effectively and met all expectations while supporting a $6-million sale.
