CurrentAs the leader overseeing student and graduate experiences, I work closely with an exceptional team to provide high-quality integrated learning experiences and internship programmes, for undergraduates, postgraduates and graduates. I'm also a Careers Coach to students and University staff, as a member of the University's Coaching Academy.From 2019 – 2022, I successfully secured funding and led a 3-year project, ‘Transformation West Midlands,’ supported by the Office for Students. The project tested practical ways to boost opportunities for local graduates seeking employment within the region.

Led on enterprise and entrepreneurship, guiding staff in Careers Network and the University to help transform our teaching and learning. Guided staff to develop work integrated learning modules and contextualised enterprise to develop students' skills, knowledge and behaviours.
