In my time with Eva’s I supported a small team of 5 that was responsible for over 65% of the organization’s revenue development. I worked on multiple projects, some highlights include:✦ Home for Life and Taste Matters fundraising events where I managed the registration and close out team for 400+ guests and worked to improve existing registration processes - this resulted in a 30% increase in pre-event auction engagement compared to the previous year.✦ a database restructure & cleanup which resulted in improved reporting accuracy and a 75% decrease in staff time required to produce fundraising reports.
