I've held leadership and people development positions over 30 years plus in Organisations such as Westpac, Insurance Australia Group, Boots the Chemists, Sainsburys Supermarkets, Courtaulds Textiles, Uniting (NSW/ACT) and Uniting Care Communities/Lifeline Queensland.Whether I'm engaged in Supervision or Coaching or Therapy, my clients often express that they want to get beneath the surface of what feels like a never ending juggle, a mind that feels 'always on' and a sense that they're so busy thinking of the next thing and the next thing that they're never quite present to the important moments of life.
