Supported the implementation of the Outcome Based Management (OBM) Reform Project, occurring as part of the WA Health Reform Program 2015-2020. The revised OBM Framework will be connected and utilised across the budget, resource allocation, performance management and reporting cycles to enable the provision of adequate information to the public, parliament and WA Health on the delivery of WA Health services.
• Provide administrative support to the System Performance Directorate encompassing Performance Reporting, System Performance Policy, Information Development & Management, Case Mix Analysis & Clinical Costing and Financial Reporting;• Assist the Human Research Ethics Committee to review applications for access to Department of Health datasets for compliance with policies and procedures on confidentiality and ethics;• Correspondence coordination, database maintenance and office management tasks;• Diary and meeting management for the Executive Director of System Performance;• Undertake actions as part of the Values Strategy Implementation Advisory Working Group;• Monitor Directorate compliance to mandatory training and performance agreements;• Liaise with other branches, health units and external agencies in regard to the acquisition and provision of relevant data and information.
