CurrentSkillfluence is an experienced, dynamic training company that provides transferable skills training to researchers and academics, to complement institutional provision in-person and online. We specialise in transferable skills training that equips researchers to work with others, both inside and outside of academia. We aim to help them maximise the social and economic impact of their research, but also to realise the value their skills and expertise could have on industry and society.We develop and deliver programmes for universities, CDTs, research centres, innovation centres, business accelerators and UKRI-funded Project Leads. Programme participants often include PhD students, early career researchers, academics and professional staff in universities and industry.We have a core portfolio of programmes that can be delivered online or face-to-face. We offer different levels of learning, from introductory, taster courses to longer, more interactive sessions – we tailor to your needs. We can also enhance the learning experience with live case studies and challenges from guest speakers.Our fantastic team have been designing and delivering such things for quite a while now; we're pretty good at it!
