Provision of Coaching and Career Transition for Executives

Responsible for designing and delivering OD strategies, talent management and succession planning, development of leadership, management and team building development programmes, created schemes to support team members’ development (coaching, mentoring, buddying, and e-learning) and lead on Global Communications including manager and team member communications, acquisition FAQ's, change management workshops, and focus groups.

Anticipating, scoping, analyzing and resolving people issues for the International management team (supporting 145 team members in 17 countries) and presenting at International Strategy Meetings. Organisation of global annual Senior Leadership Team 3 day conference and associated change management programmes including output of Denison survey, talent management workstreams, developing Promethean's Values and Ways of Working, designing 360 and developing a CSR programme. Provided HR support on IPO and LTIP, management of the performance and competence process and organisation of People & Culture Strategy Meetings.

Provided HR support to the Operations team in closing the UK manufacturing site, transferring production to China, TUPE transfer of Field and Installation teams, execution of new terms and conditions of employment for all UK based team members and supported the recruitment and Onboarding across all functions as the company grew from 500 to 1000 team members and worked with senior managers and executives to restructure sales, marketing and product management.

Management of HR section for small academic membership organisation (95 staff) including line management of the two HR team members. HR generalist role including advice to senior management team on various aspects of organisational change.

- Preparation of documentation for Employment Tribunals and calculation of potential settlement costs.- Liaison with lawyers and other adult education colleges on issues arising.- Review of employees existing contract to comply with future employment law legislation.

Responsible for the recruitment of doctors into Specialist Registrar training programmes and management of rotational moves of trainees between employing Trusts.

Worked in the Finance Department in a newly created stand alone HR post providing HR advice to 500 employees (100 full time, 400 part time lecturers and tutors).
