Known as inspirational and energetic, I believe my mix of skills across the IT industry complemented by significant business consultancy experience means I am ideally placed to add value to IT programmes and projects. My business strategy knowledge allows me to understand the commercial objectives and continually relate the IT solutions to them; whilst my Post Graduate level Diploma in business coaching, and Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) skills enable me to fully engage with stakeholders and project team members of all levels. A recent three year implementation of Microsoft Dynamics Nav on a 1200 user manufacturing project gave me responsibility for the £4.8 million budget, the project plan and a project team of four, as well as management of the relationship with a supplier team of seven and a role on the Business Transformation Team. When priorities in the business changed, I supported the site in a major change project for the final six months.Following that, I moved straight to a Programme management role within a furniture retailer to project manage the supplier selection and implementation of an ERP system for both the retail and manufacturing divisions and also oversee the GDPR project, a web design project and a logistics improvement project.My coaching and NLP qualifications have led to experience of business strategy and leadership projects with clients from all sectors including workshops with senior management teams on communication and personal development topics and over 1,000 hours of one to one coaching.
